What You’ll Do:
Are you ready to apply your data skills in the real estate industry? Join our IT team as a Data Scientist Intern and gain hands-on experience in a full-service real estate firm.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and improve data reporting solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets related to property management, tenant behavior, and financial performance.
  • Build data models and generate reports to support decision-making for both multifamily and commercial property portfolios.
  • Assist in automating data processes and refining data pipelines.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations for internal teams.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, R, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Microsoft Power automation products is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
