What You’ll Do

Lead the Move-In Experience
  • Be the go-to guide and point of contact for new residents as they transition into their new home
  • Coordinate move-in logistics, including freight elevator scheduling and ensuring units are ready for arrival
  • Craft and send personalized welcome emails that include all the details new residents need to feel at home from day one
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Team and other staff to deliver a seamless and positive move-in day
  • Set the tone for the resident’s experience by answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Drive Leasing and Deliver Service
  • Greet prospective residents warmly, answer questions, and offer personalized tours
  • Guide residents through the leasing process—from inquiry to move-in and beyond
  • Follow up on leads and maintain occupancy goals with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Respond quickly to residents’ questions and concerns, helping maintain a high level of satisfaction
Create Community and Connection
  • Plan, coordinate, and host engaging resident events that foster connection and a sense of belonging
  • Bring energy and creativity to initiatives that strengthen relationships between residents and your team
  • Be the friendly, familiar face that residents recognize and trust
Curate and Share Our Story
  • Manage community social media accounts with consistent, on-brand content
  • Post regularly to highlight resident events, community news, and lifestyle moments
  • Stay up to date on trends while ensuring content aligns with our brand standards and values
  • Monitor engagement and adjust strategies to drive awareness and excitement online
Stay organized and keep things moving.
  • Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA regulations
  • Step in to support the Property Manager and team as needed

What We’re Looking For

Your Experience:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles like retail, hospitality, leasing, or administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident speaking with anyone
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through
  • Social media savvy with a creative eye for community engagement
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • This is an onsite role requiring frequent walking, stair climbing, and occasional lifting
  • You’ll work in both office and residential building environments
  • Weekend and evening availability is required
