Salary Range: $32-$37 per hour, commensurate with experience

At Grubb Properties, we’re looking for a Service Supervisor who’s ready to take charge of the maintenance operations at our beautiful community, Link Apartments® Four12, and ensure every detail is cared for.


 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead the Maintenance Team: Supervise and train maintenance staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure top-quality work.
  • Keep It Running Smoothly: Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, roofs, gutters, and more.
  • Turn Units Like a Pro: Oversee apartment turns and ensure all move-in ready homes meet our high standards.
  • Manage Inventory: Track tools and supplies to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Pool Operations: Ensure our pool is clean, safe, and inviting.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Lead safety efforts and adhere to all standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate Workflows: Work with the Property Manager to schedule routine and emergency maintenance.
  • Build the Team: Assist with hiring and onboarding new maintenance staff.
  • Control the Budget: Monitor expenditures and help manage maintenance within budget.
  • Be a Resident Hero: Build trust and rapport with residents by ensuring a well-maintained and responsive living environment.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance
  • CPO certification required
  • CFC Type I & II required, Universal preferred
  • Experience in Class A multifamily buildings
  • Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and electrical systems
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with Yardi and Leonardo is a plus

🏃‍♂️ Physical & Work Requirements:
  • Must be available for evenings/weekends for emergency maintenance
  • Frequent walking, stair climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of tools
  • Works in office, residential, and outdoor settings
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
