Position Overview:
Are you interested in the intricate world of real estate capital formations and investment strategies? Join our team as a Real Estate Capital Formations Intern and embark on an enriching journey to learn about fundraising, investment, and capital structuring in the dynamic real estate industry. You'll work closely with our capital formation professionals, contributing to the success of real estate projects through sound financial planning, capital structuring, and fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Donor Engagement: Assist in building and nurturing relationships with potential donors, investors, and partners interested in various real estate investment opportunities.
  2. Research: Conduct research on potential fundraising prospects, identifying both individuals and organizations aligned with our real estate projects’ targeted strategies.
  3. Fundraising Materials: Assist in creating compelling fundraising materials, including presentations, reports, and pitch decks.
  4. Event Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of fundraising events and activities, helping to promote our real estate investment opportunities.
  5. Data/CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of existing and new investor interactions, contributions, and fundraising activities.
  6. Market Analysis: Research real estate market trends and investment opportunities to enhance fundraising strategies.
  7. Sales Support: Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to promote real estate investment products.
  8. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our real estate investment offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  9. Capital Strategy: Assist in developing and refining capital formation strategies for real estate projects, considering diverse funding sources and structures.
  10. Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes for prospective investors and partners.
  11. Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure clear and effective communication with investors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in finance, business, real estate, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Eagerness to learn about real estate fundraising and finance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Interest in real estate investment and fundraising.
