We’re looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join our collaborative IT team and help protect the digital infrastructure that powers everything we do. You’ll work closely with our Sr. Director of IT and broader Information Technology team to strengthen our cyber posture, monitor for emerging threats, and ensure we’re always prepared for the unexpected. What You’ll Do
Keep us protected.
  • Proactively monitor our systems and networks for vulnerabilities and threats
  • Research emerging risks and implement strategies to prevent cyber-attacks
  • Maintain and improve endpoint protection, patch management, and our backup/disaster recovery plans
Support and assess.
  • Investigate security incidents and alerts in real-time
  • Conduct internal cybersecurity assessments and manage the company’s security dashboard
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies that can elevate our security standards
Educate and enforce.
  • Help deliver cybersecurity awareness training across the company
  • Collaborate on policy development and ensure company-wide adherence to security procedures
  • Maintain documentation and provide clear reporting to leadership on security operations
Collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Assist our Information Systems Engineers with desktop, network, and software support
  • Manage key vendor relationships and monitor service performance
  • Pitch in on broader IT initiatives and embody our team-first culture

What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
  • 2-5 years in cybersecurity or a related IT support role
  • Strong understanding of the cyber kill chain and vulnerability assessments (CVE experience preferred)
  • Familiar with Azure AD, Office 365, Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and cloud-based assessments
  • Comfortable working with Windows desktop environments; Fortinet/Cisco firewall experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field—or equivalent hands-on experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • This is primarily an in-office position based in Charlotte, NC
  • Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional on-call coverage during nights and weekends
  • Regional travel up to 20% may be required
  • Must be able to sit, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs; frequent use of a computer
  • Role involves multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions
