We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join the team at Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter and play a vital role in providing an exceptional living experience for our residents.

What You'll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you will:
  • Engaging with prospects: Greeting and qualifying leads, offering refreshments, and conducting informative and engaging tours of the property.
  • Closing the deal: Maintaining a strong closing ratio that meets or exceeds company and property averages.
  • Administrative expertise: Managing guest cards, marketing forms, and all required paperwork for move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and lease terminations.
  • Marketing and social media: Creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring platforms for innovative ideas, and implementing creative marketing strategies.
  • Resident relations: Planning and executing resident events, building strong connections, and ensuring excellent communication with residents and personnel.
  • Office operations: Supporting office activities, collecting rent, managing delinquent accounts, and handling bank deposits as necessary.
  • Property upkeep: Inspecting vacant apartments, assisting with move-in/move-out processes, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents and prospects.
  • Compliance and safety: Adhering to all Fair Housing, ADA, and company safety standards to ensure an inclusive and secure living environment for all.
  • Team support: Collaborating with the Property Manager and team, stepping up to lead office operations when needed, and contributing to the property’s overall success.

What Sets You Apart
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Leasing and/or hospitality-based customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with property management tools like Yardi, Rent Café, or CRM platforms.
  • CALP certification or similar leasing credentials.
  • Experience working in multifamily apartment communities, especially A-class properties.
  • A track record of creating professional and engaging social media content.

Additional Role Requirements
  • This is an onsite role involving property tours and occasional off-site travel. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
