Your Role
We’re seeking a dedicated, full-time Groundskeeper to help maintain the curb appeal, cleanliness, and functionality of our apartment community. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, this role is essential to delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities
As a Groundskeeper, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our community beautiful, clean, and safe. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Policing the grounds, including buildings, parking lots, sidewalks, dumpster areas, and landscaping
  • Removing trash and debris using tools like blowers, vacuums, and pressure washers
  • Performing minor landscaping tasks such as watering plants and flowers
  • Completing basic interior cleaning (mopping spills, dusting, washing fixtures)
  • Cleaning interior and exterior signage
  • Performing light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, plunging toilets, small repairs)
  • Reporting any hazardous conditions, emergencies, or unusual activity
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests
  • Adhering to OSHA safety standards and using proper protective equipment
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

Physical Demands & Environment
  • This is an onsite position, both indoors and outdoors
  • Requires regular walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and use of ladders or stairs
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a golf cart
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
