Groundskeeper/ Light Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, being outside, and keeping things looking great? We’re looking for a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician to help us keep our property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
This part-time role is perfect for someone with experience in light maintenance and general upkeep who takes pride in their work and wants to make a difference in our community.

What You’ll Do:
  • Keep outdoor areas, hallways, and public spaces clean and trash-free
  • Perform basic maintenance work like:
    • Changing light bulbs
    • Small plumbing repairs
    • Painting and drywall touch-ups
    • Replacing air filters
  • Help with cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents
  • Assist with basic pool upkeep (we’ll train you if needed!)
  • Use cleaning tools like vacuums and carpet cleaners
  • Make sure tools and supplies are in good working condition
  • Report anything that looks unsafe or broken
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to complete tasks quickly and safely

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
  • Comfortable with basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work
  • Able to lift 50–75 lbs and use ladders and hand tools
  • Good attitude and a team player
  • Someone who takes pride in a job well done
  • Friendly and respectful with residents and team members
  • Pool experience is a plus (but not required)

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to walk, lift, bend, reach, climb, and carry tools or materials
  • Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
  • Drive a golf cart around the property
