🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage audit and tax schedules; coordinate with external auditors.
  • Calculate management fees and assist with CAM reconciliations.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash balances.
  • Oversee accounts payable check runs and resolve payment issues.
  • Ensure timely month-end closings and accurate journal entries.
  • Reconcile balance sheets and process owner distributions.
  • Prepare bank wires, transfers, and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and GAAP adjustments.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience; property accounting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Yardi experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
