About Us:

As a Temporary Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing our portfolio of commercial properties during a 15-week assignment. Your contributions will support the seamless operation of our buildings and ensure tenant satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
As a Temporary Assistant Commercial Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Tenant Services and Communication
    • Coordinate tenant services and maintain clear, effective communication with tenants.
    • Address tenant needs and foster strong tenant relationships.
  2. Project and Vendor Coordination
    • Assist in managing tenant and building maintenance projects by contacting vendors and verifying invoices.
    • Conduct building inspections and ensure maintenance and vendor services meet quality standards.
  3. Safety and Emergency Response
    • Report accidents and emergencies promptly and prepare incident reports.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  4. Lease and Financial Administration
    • Support the Property Manager in administering lease agreements and maintaining lease summaries and rent rolls.
    • Assist with accounts payable, vendor payments, and tenant billing processes.
  5. Financial and Reporting Support
    • Help with monthly variance analysis and financial reporting.
  6. Building Maintenance and Capital Projects
    • Support maintenance and capital project management by coordinating tasks with vendors and maintenance staff.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience, including accounting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in commercial property management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
