Are you at a trade school eager to get hands-on experience in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and more? Join our team and work alongside seasoned professionals to learn the ropes!

What You'll Do:
  1. HVAC & Plumbing: Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, take care of plumbing inside and outside the buildings, and ensure roofs and gutters are in top shape.
  2. Apartment Turnover: Assist in turning vacant apartments into ready-to-move-in homes by painting, cleaning, and preparing them for new residents.
  3. Resident Relations: Ensure our community is clean, safe, and well-maintained while maintaining good public relations with residents.
  4. Pool Maintenance: Help maintain the pool area, including proper chemical levels, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness.
  5. Hands-On Learning: Get experience in all aspects of on-site maintenance, from fixing appliances to maintaining recreational facilities.
  6. Property Upkeep: Keep the property looking great by removing trash and debris and ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
