🏡 Join Our Team as a Residential Building Concierge!
Be the face of our community! As a Residential Building Concierge at Link Apartments® QPN, you’ll create a welcoming and safe environment for residents, guests, and visitors. From greeting guests and answering inquiries to managing deliveries and ensuring smooth building operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.

Experience in mixed-use residential buildings or 5-star hotels is a plus, along with strong knowledge of local attractions to enhance the resident experience.

Salary Range: $21-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience

This is a prevailing wage role—compensation and benefits are based on federal, state, and/or local wage requirements.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm smile.
  • Answer calls and questions, helping residents with anything they need.
  • Keep the building safe by checking in visitors and monitoring common areas.
  • Manage deliveries—receive, store, and notify residents when their packages arrive.
  • Keep the front desk and package room tidy and organized.
  • Assist with planning fun community events for residents.
  • Help the maintenance team by logging service requests and following up.
  • Announce food deliveries and guests when needed.
  • Stay calm and act quickly during emergencies, following safety guidelines.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Love helping people and have 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Know how to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus).
  • Are dependable, friendly, and a team player.
  • Know the local scene (best coffee shops, restaurants, etc.)—that’s a bonus!
  • Experience with Yardi is helpful but not required—we’ll train you!

📍 Job Details:
  • Location: Link Apartments® QPN — 25-01 Queens Plaza N, Long Island City, NY 11101
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
      *Weekend availability required
  • Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, stair climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Work Environment: Office setting and residential buildings
