Key responsibilities:
  1. Keep our online presence fresh: Check out our website weekly to make sure it's looking top-notch.
  2. Social media guru: Keep our socials poppin' with engaging content and make sure we're hitting our posting goals. Plus, you'll help us set up new accounts when needed.
  3. Connect with the community: Build relationships with local businesses to spread the word about our awesome community.
  4. Know our numbers: Keep an eye on our traffic and figure out where it's all coming from.
  5. Make sure we're looking good: Give our property a once-over regularly to make sure everything looks spick and span.
  6. Keep the snacks stocked: Make sure our model units are always ready for visitors with yummy local treats.
  7. Keep 'em coming back: Help us keep our residents happy and coming back for more.
  8. Crunch the numbers: Keep track of where our ads are coming from and how much they're costing us.
  9. Marketing Strategy: Jump into strategy meetings with our marketing and development teams.
  10. Plan the party: Organize fun events for our residents and prospects from start to finish.
  11. Keep our leasing agents motivated: Create fun contests to keep our team on their toes.
  12. Keep track of our progress: Monitor how many people are checking us out and how many are signing on the dotted line.
  13. Stay in the loop: Keep up with what's happening in our market and adjust our rates accordingly.
  14. Make moving a breeze: Help our residents move in and out smoothly.
  15. Show off our digs: Give potential residents tours and make sure they're ready to sign on the dotted line.
  16. Dot the i's and cross the t's: Make sure we're following all the rules when it comes to fair housing and ADA laws.
  17. Handle the cash: Collect rent and sort out any payment issues.
  18. Be a team player: Help out with anything else that comes up.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree would be awesome, along with around three years of experience in residential property management. But hey, if you've got the chops without the degree, we're all ears!
  • You're a people person who gets residents and their concerns.
  • You're a whiz with computers and love keeping things organized and accurate.
  • Leadership? Yeah, you've got that covered. You know how to train, supervise, and make tough calls.
  • Setting and smashing goals? It's kind of your thing.
  • You know your way around SEO marketing campaigns like a pro.
  • Communication? You're a rock star with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Team player? Absolutely. You work great with others, no matter what department they're in.
  • Details? They're your jam. You're all about staying organized and following up.
  • Juggling multiple projects? No sweat. You've got this.
  • Tech-savvy? You bet. Microsoft Windows and Yardi is your playground, and you're not afraid to dabble in PhotoShop, InDesign, and Canva.

Physical Demands and Environment:
  • You'll be splitting your time between the office and residential buildings, so get ready for some variety.
  • Expect some travel to different properties and new development sites. Road trip, anyone?
  • Flexibility is key, as you might be working weekends and holidays. But hey, we promise it's worth it!
  • Get those steps in because you'll be moving around a lot to get things done.
  • Stairs? They're your new best friend. You'll be navigating them like a pro.
