What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant
As a Leasing Consultant at Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter, you'll be the first impression for prospects and a key player in delivering exceptional service to current residents.
Leasing Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects, answer phone calls, and follow up on all leads
  • Conduct engaging property tours and close the sale
  • Process and maintain all leasing-related paperwork including:
    • Guest cards, applications, lease agreements
    • Renewals, move-outs, and terminations
Marketing & Resident Engagement
  • Support marketing efforts including social media and outreach
  • Help plan and execute resident events
  • Represent the community with positivity and professionalism

Previous experience in property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus—but not required. We’ll provide the training and coaching to set you up for success.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • This is an on-site position, with work in both an office and residential setting
  • Requires regular movement throughout the property, including stair climbing
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for occasional off-site needs
